This show marks Nina Laisné's return to the Theatro Circo in Braga, after the impactful Arca Ostinata presented in 2022. This time, the artist combines dance and music to pay homage to Argentinian pianist and composer Hilda Herrera, a central figure in the country's folklore. Staged by Laisné and choreographed by the virtuoso Néstor "Pola" Pastorive, the work brings Herrera's virtual presence closer to the dancer's singular movement. Pastorive explores a free dance that fuses zapateo, flamenco and classical elements, questioning folkloric boundaries and highlighting the universal power of these expressions through the body and audiovisual archives.
