Located opposite to the city of Santa Cruz, the Palmeira Bathing Area boasts a pebble beach and a pontoon with steps which makes access to the sea easy and is ideal for diving. There are also two saltwater swimming pools, one of which is for children, and various recreation facilities which make this area especially attractive for families.
