About Tosca. Tosca is Lisbon's flaming new bistro/eatery. A gourmet tavern where the sin of gluttony is present in all forms: from 5 Jotas ham, cured meats and sausages from all of Portugal's regions, not forgetting the traditional octopus and ear salads, fried cuttlefish, delicious regional cheeses, Portugal's signature cod fried steaks, green eggs and so many other guilty pleasures. To add to the disaster, Tosca has a carefully selected wine cellar with a wide variety of wines served by the glass ranging from white, red, rosé to sparkling. If that's not enough, the evil menu also features delicious traditional deserts and pastry options. A place to avoid.. if you can resist the temptation.
