Algarve launches golf4all

The Algarve, the best European golfing destination, marks the tee-off of the 'golf4all' campaign with a new international Golf tournament for golfers with reduced mobility, the EDGA Algarve Open (European Disabled Golfers Association), which will take place at the Pestana Vila Sol, from the 18th to the 23rd of November.

The best disabled golfers in Europe will participate in the tournament which will be the main event of the new ‘golf4all’ of the Algarve Tourism Association (ATA). Therefore, the intention is to show the Algarve as a tourist attraction completely available to all types of golfers: golfers with different capacities, juniors, seniors, both male and female, from amateur beginners to professionals, and also tourists throughout the world.

‘golf4all' is also present on the ATA social networks (www.facebook.com/visitgolfalgarve  and www.twitter.com/vstgolfalgarve) and other initiatives are forecast to further highlight this campaign which is aimed at underlining the reason why the Algarve is one of the most popular, most welcoming and most inclusive golf destinations in Europe.
