- To eat, we serve delicious dumplings (pierogi) with potato, minced meat or cottage cheese, croissants filled with various options from salmon and avocado to very fluffy scrambled eggs and bacon. Our best seller is the famous Ukrainian salad "Shuba" either classic with herring or with salmon.
