An accomplished artist, Maro is a singer and multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. She was born in Lisbon and studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, making her official debut in 2018. He has already released five albums and an EP, the last album, "mint", dated 2023 and recorded as a trio, with Catalan guitarists Dari ́o Barroso and Pau Figueres.

This interesting album shows an intimate and stripped-down version of his most recent songs, with a folkloric acoustic presence, with most of the songs in Portuguese. He has performed the first part of concerts for several artists, including Jessie J and Charlotte Cardin, having passed through Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Mexico and the USA.
