Between the 4th and 8th of July, Ponte de Sor, in Alentejo, will once again be the stage for one of the most anticipated celebrations of the year, the City Festivities, which every year attracts thousands of people to the city, filling the Riverside Zone and all its surroundings with life, colour and animation.

The offer is varied and includes a generous display of handicrafts, gastronomy and lots of music, where there are some of the most resonant names in the Portuguese music scene. There are five days of celebration, where the elevation of Ponte de Sor from a village to a city is commemorated, which took place on July 8, 1985.
