Alcione returns to Portugal with concerts to commemorate his half century of songs. With a life dedicated to music, Alcione is affectionately known as "Marron", and has conquered the world with her unmistakable voice and strong personality.

Originally from the Northeast, the singer has performed on five continents, in more than 36 countries, having been distinguished with the Latin Grammy in the category "Best Samba Album", with the "O Pensador de Marfim" award by the Government of Angola, with the "Black Personality of the Arts" award by the International Council of Women, with the "The Voice of America" award by the UN, among others.
