Events

The Popular Festivities of the Municipality of Seixal, which take place between June 20 and August 31, offer a diverse program designed for all tastes and all ages. They include concerts by established and emerging artists, popular dances, exhibitions of economic activities and handicrafts, typical regional flavors, traditional popular marches and lots of entertainment.

They are divided into the following calendar: São Pedro Popular Festivals (June 20 to 29) in Quinta dos Franceses Park; Arrentela Popular Festivals (July 9 to 13) in Praça das Geminações, Torre da Marinha; Fernão Ferro Popular Festivals (July 22 to 27) in Fernão Ferro Urban Park, Parque das Lagoas; Aldeia de Paio Pires Popular Festivals (July 30 to August 3) in the Monte Queimado Urbanization; Amora Popular Festivals (August 13 to 17) on the Amora riverfront; and the Corroios Popular Festivals (August 22 to 31) in the Quinta da Marialva Urban Park.
