This event returns for another edition that promises to transform Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, into a great stage for art and imagination. In September, the Parque de Merendas will host this unique gathering, where the public will be able to watch performances by renowned national and international companies such as BlucinQue (Italy), Leirena (Portugal), Tant qu'il y a de la vie (France), Nuvem Voadora (Portugal) and Il Trio Circ (Italy), among others. One of the great novelties is the artist residency program: for a week, the artists will develop their work in INAC's facilities and then adapt it to the festival's natural stages: the forest and the beach. In addition to the traditional main tent, this year's edition is focusing heavily on street shows, promoting greater proximity and complicity with the public.

Recognized as the first contemporary circus village in Portugal, the Cúpula Circus Village is not just a festival, but a true cultural and tourist route with international reach. There are three days of free and diversified programming, with shows of high technical and artistic rigor, which value both original creations and emerging artists. The festival space includes three circus tents, outdoor areas, training spaces, a catering area and a campsite, creating an environment designed for all ages.
