Two performers stuck in a single scene: a customer asks a waiter for a drink. What seems trivial becomes an endless cycle, repeated until exhaustion. With each repetition, the action degrades, the roles change and reality slips away. Is it a nightmare or a grotesque comedy? Directed by Tim Etchells, founder of Forced Entertainment, and in collaboration with the duo Bert & Nasi, L'Addition creates a hilarious and unpredictable show. With just a few elements, they create a theatrical game with an intense rhythm, exploring both the power of stage conventions and social dynamics. In the end, inevitably, someone will have to pay.
