Bétula Tours, an ecotourism company based in Bragança, provides a flexible guided tours service in natural spaces, customised for small groups. With guides well acquainted with the territory, these tours are aimed at nature, wildlife and photography lovers, and provide an enriching experience, framed by the region’s landscape and cultural identity. They allow travellers to reach truly special places, like forests, crystal clear rivers, snowy peaks, traditional villages, and the best places to sample the gastronomy of Trás-os-Montes. In addition to seasonal programs, the tours are adapted according to specific ideas that the travellers may want to accomplish. With the minimum duration of half a day, the outings are carried out throughout the year, and take place in Montesinho Natural Park, Douro Internacional Natural Park, and Albufeira do Azibo - protected areas that are part of the Meseta Ibérica Biosphere Reserve. Per request, a little more distant tours may be organized, to places such as the Alto Douro Wine Region.
