Between July 2nd and August 1st, the traveling exhibition "Women and Resistance – New Portuguese Letters and Other Struggles", will be on display in Estremoz, as part of the program of the celebrations "50 years in Freedom: commemorations of the 50th anniversary of the April 1974 Revolution".

Here we will see the contribution of so many women who, with different origins and paths, invented and carried out battles for their rights, for social justice and freedom, from the 1930s to the 25th of April 1974. It has been 48 years of resistance to fascism and its importance in the conquest of freedom in our country.
